Fast Facts on Appointments:

  • Once scheduled, you will receive a HIPPA compliant telemedicine link via text for your appointment visit.

  • Lab, when needed,  will be placed via Rupa Health and billed to you directly.  This provides the lowest cost to patients with no profit to provider.

  • Medications will be sent to pharmacy at time of appointments unless otherwise stated by provider.

  • Medical consent form (found under "book online") needs to be signed and returned to provider prior to appointment and is only required to be signed once (not at each appointment).

Initial Consultation

1 hOnline

At Thrive2BeWell, your initial consultation is the first step to achieving your health goals. During this appointment, we'll dive deep into your health history, current symptoms, and overall goals. By gathering all of this information, we can create a personalized healthcare management plan and make recommendations to help you thrive and be well. In hormone management lab is one part of the equation used as a reference and to determine excesses... is something too high or too low. This is NOT a requirement PRIOR to scheduling an appointment but is an option. If you have never had your hormones tested and ARE NOT currently on oral contraception or any form of hormones then getting lab prior to your visit is going to be beneficial in our conversation. If you ARE on hormones of any kind including birth control/oral contraception, I do not recommend you have lab done until after we visit. See link above to order lab where "bundles" have been created to help you order.
