Fast Facts on Appointments:

Once scheduled, you will receive a HIPPA compliant telemedicine link via text for your appointment visit.
Lab, when needed, will be placed via Rupa Health and billed to you directly. This provides the lowest cost to patients with no profit to provider.
Medications will be sent to pharmacy at time of appointments unless otherwise stated by provider.
Medical consent form (found under "book online") needs to be signed and returned to provider prior to appointment and is only required to be signed once (not at each appointment).

Medication Check-In

Brief appointment to touch base when doing well and just need prescriptions refilled. Per law, Testosterone management must be seen every 3 months due to being a controlled substance. Lab is only required for medication check-in if you are having symptoms or if has been 6 months or more since last laboratory evaluation. See link above to order lab where you will find "bundles" created to help you order.

Cancellation Policy

This is a 15 minute proof of life appointment required by law for controlled substances for ladies on testosterone management. It is also for ladies who are doing well and have ran out of refills of medication.
